The most popular time of day for a wedding service seems to be 2.00pm although services are possible from 11.00am onward.

If you have friends and family who have to travel some distance then an afternoon service might be more convenient for them to attend.

Please discuss this with the vicar who will be pleased to advise you on what might be possible and from their experience, may not be practical.

Having your wedding in the morning could enable you and your guests to enjoy a fabulous wedding lunch, which may be more suitable if there are a number of children on the guest list.

You might like to include some afternoon entertainment for the children and then an evening party for the adults.

Boldre War Memorial Hall is immediately adjacent to St Nicholas Chapel at Pilley and offers an ideal venue for your wedding reception.
